Job Context

• This is a project-based position under the Bangladesh Road Safety Project (BRSP), implemented in collaboration with the Department of Roads and Highways, Government of Bangladesh. The role focuses on supervising Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance operations to ensure efficient emergency response services and smooth field-level coordination across multiple districts.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor duty rosters for drivers, medical assistants, and riders
• Ensure proper staffing, leave management, and field readiness
• Monitor ambulance dispatch operations and coordinate with call centers and health facilities
• Conduct regular checks on ambulances, medical supplies, and equipment readiness
• Maintain incident documentation and operational reporting
• Supervise field teams and support performance monitoring
• Provide on-site problem solving and operational support
• Submit weekly operational reports to management
• Ensure smooth coordination between field units and central control
