Job Context

• Euro Centra Co. Ltd., a leading international sourcing organization, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Director to lead and oversee all activities of its Bangladesh Liaison Office. The position requires a strong leader with deep expertise in the RMG (Ready-Made Garments) sector and proven management experience in liaison office operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary communication link between the parent company’s management and all stakeholders in Bangladesh.
• Ensure smooth and efficient coordination between the Bangladesh office and the head office.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with local partners, factories, and government authorities.
• Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and represent the company in all official matters.
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with corporate goals.

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age Maximum 35 years
• Minimum 10 years of senior management experience, preferably in the RMG sector or international business.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of liaison office operations.
• High level of integrity, diplomacy, and conflict-resolution ability.
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements in Bangladesh is an advantage.
