Job Context

• We are seeking motivated and experienced Student Counsellors to join our team, focusing on guiding Bangladeshi students through the process of applying to and securing admission to British universities. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of UK university requirements and admissions processes, along with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide personalized counseling to students interested in studying in the UK, guiding them through university selection, application processes, and admissions requirements.
• Assess students' academic background, career aspirations, and personal circumstances to recommend suitable courses and universities.
• Assist students in preparing their application materials, including personal statements, references, and other required documents.
• Advise students on visa application procedures, financial planning, and accommodation options.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and information sessions to educate students and parents on UK higher education opportunities and the application process.
• Stay updated with the latest information on UK university programs, scholarships, and admission criteria.
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions and application progress, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

• Provide ongoing support to students after admission, helping them with pre-departure preparation, travel arrangements, and cultural adaptation.

• Handle inquiries and provide timely responses to students and parents via phone, email, or in-person consultations.
• Participate in promotional events, education fairs, and exhibitions to attract prospective students.
