Job Context

• Project Objectives: To recruit a staff who must have considerable skills and competencies to communicate with US based clients and students effectively in English and willing to work in nightshift in Bangladesh. Work under the supervision and guidance of Project Manager and perform job as assigned by the management and team leader.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, update, and maintain the organization’s website to ensure optimal performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Regularly update website content, including text, images, announcements, and program information.
• Monitor website functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement improvements.
• Ensure website security, perform backups, and manage hosting and domain services.
• Plan, create, and publish daily social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Develop engaging posts, captions, visuals, and videos aligned with organizational branding.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency and relevance of posts.
• Track engagement metrics and continuously improve content strategy.
