Job Context

• Halima Group is a leading manufacturer and distributor of telecom, electronics, and electrical accessories in Bangladesh. The company is looking for a proactive and target-driven professional for the MIS & Data Analyst role to support data-driven decision-making in sales and marketing.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data to optimize marketing and sales strategies
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Maintain MIS reports on distributor performance, sales, and stock
• Calculate commissions, incentives, and campaign reports
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
• Monitor sales trends and assist in forecasting and budgeting
• Prepare performance reports for sales teams and distributors
• Coordinate with Audit, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management
