Job Context
  • RTM International is implementing Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) programs in Cox’s Bazar in collaboration with UNFPA and other development partners. The organization is seeking an experienced Midwife Coordinator to support midwifery mentorship, training, and clinical supervision in Rohingya refugee camps and surrounding host communities.
Job Responsibilities
  • Support International Midwife Mentors in clinical and administrative tasks
  • Provide capacity building, training, and clinical mentoring to midwives
  • Identify staff development needs and report to supervisors
  • Assist in midwifery team meetings in health facilities
  • Contribute to improving SRHR policies and service guidelines
  • Prepare work plans and participate in implementation activities
  • Prepare biweekly reports on midwifery services and facility needs
  • Maintain required documentation and project reporting
  • Participate in coordination meetings (SRH Working Group, Health Sector meetings)
  • Support supervision and coordination of midwifery teams across facilities
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management
