Job Context

• The organization is working on gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and protection programs in Cox’s Bazar. The Project Officer (Protection) will be responsible for implementing community-based awareness, protection activities, and capacity building of men and boys groups in Rohingya and host communities.

Job Responsibilities

• Group Formation & Community Work
• Form and manage Men & Boys groups
• Promote GBV prevention, risk awareness, and mitigation strategies
• Encourage participation in coordination and community meetings
• Conduct field visits and community mobilization activities
