Job Context

• TM International is implementing Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) programs in Cox’s Bazar supported by UN agencies and development partners. The Midwife Supervisor will be responsible for supervising midwifery services, ensuring quality maternal healthcare, and strengthening clinical and administrative systems in refugee and host community settings.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and implement sexual and reproductive health activities
• Supervise midwifery and maternity teams including training and mentoring
• Ensure safe delivery practices and proper newborn monitoring
• Maintain infection prevention and clinical standards
• Manage medicine stock, distribution, and inventory control
• Prepare reports, data analysis, and documentation
• Develop staff rosters and manage leave schedules
• Conduct clinical audits and improve evidence-based practices
• Ensure health education and promotion activities
• Coordinate with referral hospitals and health facilities
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and organizational policies
• Provide leadership, supervision, and continuous staff development
• Maintain communication with management and field teams
• Perform additional duties assigned by authority
