Job Context

• The Case Worker will be responsible for providing ethical and survivor-centered GBV case management services in Cox’s Bazar. The role focuses on supporting survivors, ensuring confidentiality, coordinating referrals, and maintaining accurate case documentation in accordance with GBV guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, register, and classify GBV cases
• Conduct initial assessment and ensure survivor safety
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold survivor-centered approach
• Coordinate referrals to appropriate service providers
• Organize case conferences when required
