Job Context

• ONE GROUP is a leading electronics manufacturing and marketing company in Bangladesh. The company is expanding its nationwide distribution network for LED bulbs, tube lights, switches, sockets, fans, and other electrical products and is urgently hiring Field Officers and Senior Field Officers for district-level sales operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Take orders from retail shops and ensure product delivery
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
• Assist in selecting and developing new distributors
• Prepare monthly sales reports
• Conduct regular field visits for market expansion
• Promote company products in assigned territories
• Ensure proper execution of sales & marketing strategies
