    Responsibilities & Context
  • Maintain visitor logs, employee in/out records, and correspondence registers
  • Welcome and assist visitors, board members, and stakeholders professionally
  • Manage incoming and outgoing documents and letters
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries
  • Provide accurate information and customer support
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely solutions
  • Maintain customer records and update databases
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal departments and report to management
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management
