  • The role involves overseeing factory finance, budgeting, cost optimization, and ensuring strong internal control and governance within the manufacturing environment.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Prepare annual factory budget and monitor performance (planned vs actual)
  • Manage factory overhead costs and suggest corrective actions
  • Ensure achievement of financial targets (top line & bottom line)
  • Optimize raw material management and reduce excess or surplus
  • Monitor order-to-ship process and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cost optimization and productivity improvement
  • Ensure compliance with internal control systems and audit requirements
  • Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management
  • Support risk management and financial governance processes
