Job Description
  • Greenland Group is hiring experienced Electrical Foremen for deployment in Saudi Arabia (BIGA project). This is a full-time overseas opportunity for skilled professionals with strong leadership and technical expertise in electrical systems.
  • Candidates must have 5 to 10 years of experience and the ability to manage on-site electrical work, supervise teams, and ensure project execution according to safety and quality standards.

  • Leadership & Supervision
  • Supervise electricians and on-site workers
  • Assign daily tasks and guide team members
  • Provide mentoring and training
  • Project Management
  • Read blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans
  • Plan and execute electrical installations
  • Safety Compliance
  • Conduct safety briefings on-site
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and PPE usage
  • Follow NEC and other electrical safety codes
  • Quality Control
  • Inspect electrical installations such as wiring, lighting, and switchgear
  • Ensure work quality and functionality
  • Material Coordination
  • Manage electrical materials, tools, and equipment
  • Track usage and ensure availability

  • Maintain daily reports and records
