Job Context

• DFED is hiring experienced Branch Managers for supervising branch-level microfinance and investment operations in various districts of Bangladesh. Selected candidates will manage branch staff, oversee loan activities, prepare reports, and ensure smooth field operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare annual branch plans with Area & Zonal Managers
• Supervise branch operations and field staff
• Verify investment proposals accurately
• Conduct weekly and monthly meetings
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Maintain relationships with local NGOs and stakeholders
• Monitor loan collection and overdue prevention
• Prepare branch budget and maintain records
• Ensure internal control and field risk management
• Submit regular progress reports to higher authorities
