Job Context

• Operate and monitor tissue paper production and winding machines efficiently.
• Ensure smooth running of machine operations during production shift.
• Set up machine parameters according to production requirements.
• Monitor paper quality, roll size, tension, and finishing standards.
• Perform winding, rewinding, cutting, and packing support activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify machine faults or operational problems and report to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain production target while ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Conduct routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and work area.
• Follow company SOP, safety regulations, and operational guidelines strictly.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production team for uninterrupted operation.
• Minimize material wastage and ensure proper utilization of raw materials.
• Prepare daily production and machine operation reports if required.
• Maintain discipline, housekeeping, and workplace safety at all times.
