Job Context

• The Service Adviser role is to handle customers who bring their vehicles for servicing. You act as a bridge between customers and the workshop, understanding vehicle problems, explaining services, and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and receive vehicles for service
• Understand and note customer complaints or vehicle issues
• Prepare job cards and service orders
• Explain service work, cost, and time to customers
• Coordinate with workshop technicians for repair work
• Update customers about service progress
• Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles
• Maintain customer records and service history
• Handle customer queries and complaints
