Job Context

• This job is for a Security In Charge / Security Supervisor role in an electronics manufacturing factory. The main responsibility is to manage and control overall security operations of the factory, ensuring safety of people, property, and assets. The candidate will supervise security guards, maintain discipline, and ensure proper security systems are in place. Retired Army, RAB, Police, or Ansar personnel are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Control entry and exit of unauthorized persons in the factory
• Supervise and manage security guards and their duties
• Assign security staff to different posts and shifts
• Ensure key control and asset protection
• Conduct regular security meetings and briefings
• Monitor overall factory security system and discipline
• Handle emergency situations and report incidents
• Maintain security records and reports
• Ensure compliance with company security policies
• Coordinate with management regarding safety issues
