Job Description
  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the overall sales strategy of the company, building strong corporate partnerships, and expanding business opportunities for the job portal platform. This role requires strong leadership, digital understanding, and corporate sales expertise.

  • Lead and manage overall sales operations of the company
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans
  • Build partnerships with corporate clients, recruiters, and agencies
  • Increase revenue through ads, job postings, and premium services
  • Manage and guide the sales & marketing team
  • Set monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure achievement
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Maintain long-term client relationships
  • Report performance and growth strategies to management
