Job Context

• TAM Consultancy & Building Design is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect (Female) to support architectural planning, design development, and project execution activities. The role involves creating innovative design concepts, preparing technical drawings, and ensuring projects meet functional and aesthetic requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and project layouts
• Develop creative design concepts for residential and commercial projects
• Create 2D/3D plans using architectural software
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project teams
• Visit project sites and monitor design implementation when required
• Ensure designs comply with construction standards and client requirements
• Revise and modify designs based on project needs and feedback
• Prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation
• Support project planning and execution activities
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of assigned work
