Job Context

• This position is a technical supervisory role under the Ministry of Defense in Saudi Arabia, responsible for overseeing fabrication works in defense-related projects. The role ensures that all fabrication activities (steel structures, mechanical components, welding works, etc.) are carried out according to military standards, engineering drawings, and strict quality requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise all fabrication and welding activities in workshops and project sites
• Inspect materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with technical specifications
• Ensure adherence to military/defense quality standards and project guidelines
• Review engineering drawings, fabrication plans, and work procedures before execution
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks during production
• Identify defects, non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are taken
• Coordinate with engineers, welders, and fabrication teams for smooth workflow
• Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and fabrication best practices
• Liaise with project managers and defense representatives for approval and reporting
