Job Context

• IMBD Agency is a digital marketing and business development company in Bangladesh providing services such as SEO, SMM, content marketing, web development, and paid advertising solutions. The company is looking for an HR Executive to support daily HR operations and employee management activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling
• Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee time-off records
• Support HR policy development and documentation
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance and overtime data
• Organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and team-building activities
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits
• Assist in preparing HR reports and compliance-related documentation
• Support HR fieldwork and coordination with external organizations
• Perform other tasks assigned by HR manager or management
