Job Context

• Epyllion Group is a leading diversified organization in Bangladesh engaged in textile, garments, real estate, retail fashion (Sailor), and food & beverage sectors. The company is seeking a skilled HR professional for its retail fashion brand to support learning & development, employee engagement, recruitment, and performance management activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct training need analysis for outlet and management staff to identify skill gaps
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs based on business requirements
• Provide new joiner induction training and onboarding support
• Prepare and manage training plans, budgets, and reports
• Implement learning methods such as coaching, mentoring, workshops, and e-learning
• Coordinate with external training providers and manage training logistics
• Align training programs with career development and succession planning
• Maintain training documentation and reports for management review
• Support performance management system (PMS) and reward & recognition programs
• Develop employee profiles and assist in KPI-based documentation
• Support employee engagement programs, events, and welfare activities
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and talent pipeline development
• Prepare HR reports including headcount, recruitment status, and training completion
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations
