Job Context

• This is an entry-level banking position designed for fresh graduates who want to start a professional career in the banking sector. As an Officer on Probation, you will undergo a structured learning period where you will be trained in core banking operations, customer service, and general banking functions before being confirmed as a permanent officer.
• The role focuses on building foundational banking knowledge and developing skills required for future roles in operations, credit, and branch management.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in structured on-the-job training across different banking functions
• Learn general banking operations including account management and customer service
• Assist in branch-level daily banking activities and operational tasks
• Support documentation, record keeping, and basic financial processing
• Understand banking rules, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Assist in handling customer queries and providing service support
• Work with different departments during rotation for skill development
• Support senior officers in assigned tasks and reporting
• Develop knowledge of digital banking systems and financial products
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and meet probation performance standards
• Contribute to smooth branch operations and customer satisfaction
