• MH Group of Companies, one of the fastest-growing business conglomerates in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Executive / Executive – Digital Marketing for its Real Estate Division. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and conversion through effective digital marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
• Identify target audiences and execute lead generation campaigns to drive business growth.
• Manage and optimize company social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Oversee the company’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including posts, captions, stories, and promotional materials.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, audience engagement, and marketing effectiveness using analytics tools.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to develop innovative campaigns and content strategies.
• Support SEO initiatives, email marketing campaigns, and other online promotional activities.
• Optimize digital campaigns to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition.
