Job Context

• LYKOS INTERNATIONAL is seeking a creative and results-oriented Multimedia & Social Media Executive to manage digital content creation, social media engagement, and brand communication activities. The role combines multimedia production with social media marketing to strengthen the company's online presence and audience engagement.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Design graphics, banners, promotional materials, and social media creatives.
• Produce and edit videos, reels, motion graphics, and multimedia content for marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement social media content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare engagement and performance reports.
• Manage audience interactions, comments, messages, and community engagement activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute branding and promotional campaigns.
• Capture and edit photos and videos for corporate, product, and promotional purposes.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and content outputs.
