Job Context

• KAIZEN EDUCATION is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Executive – Digital Marketing to manage and execute digital campaigns, strengthen online presence, and support lead generation for the organization’s education-related services.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies to promote education programs and services.
• Manage and optimize social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create and run paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to generate leads.
• Develop engaging content, including posts, banners, captions, and promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI).
• Manage lead generation funnels and conversion tracking.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure effective marketing creatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and campaign insights for management.
