Job Context

• This position is responsible for supervising soft facility management services, including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, landscaping, and pest control operations. The Soft Service Supervisor ensures that all facility services are delivered according to client requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and international facility management standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, landscaping, and pest control activities
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service quality and client satisfaction
• Implement facility management best practices and quality standards (e.g., BICSc standards)
• Train, schedule, and supervise cleaners, janitors, and team leaders
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity levels
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide on-the-job coaching
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including COSHH requirements
• Perform safety inspections, risk assessments, and corrective actions when necessary
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, consumables, and equipment
• Coordinate procurement and replenishment of cleaning materials
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with service agreements (SLAs)
• Prepare operational reports and maintain service records
• Handle client complaints and resolve facility service issues promptly
• Ensure all facility areas remain clean, safe, and operational at all times

• HSC, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in in Hospitality Management
• Skills Required:
