Job Context

• This position is a mid-level management role in an agro-based organization focused on sales, client management, team coordination, and operational reporting. The Assistant Manager will support business growth through client relationship management, team supervision, and sales performance monitoring.
• The role also includes handling tele-sales activities, reporting, and coordination with field operations (including rural project visits), making it a mixed role of sales, management, and operational support.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and lead small teams and conduct daily/weekly coordination meetings
• Handle client management and maintain strong business relationships
• Support team members with sales guidance and technical assistance
• Monitor sales targets and ensure team performance aligns with company goals
• Conduct tele-sales and after-sales support activities
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and progress reports
• Coordinate with management and submit reports on time
• Assist in increasing investment opportunities through teamwork and client engagement
• Maintain basic understanding of accounts and financial tracking
• Visit field projects (e.g., rural/agro project sites in Bogura) as required
• Ensure smooth communication between clients, field teams, and management
• Follow company instructions and support operational activities when needed
