Job Context

• This is a top executive leadership role responsible for overall management, strategic direction, and operational control of the company. The Managing Director will lead business growth, ensure profitability, and align local operations with global corporate standards of the Ajinomoto Group.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead overall company operations and ensure achievement of business targets set by the Board
• Develop and execute long-term strategic business plans and growth initiatives
• Oversee production, operations, finance, HR, and commercial functions
• Ensure profitability, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth
• Represent the company in negotiations with government bodies, partners, and stakeholders
• Maintain strong coordination with the Japan head office and global management team
• Implement corporate governance, compliance, and risk management systems
• Drive organizational restructuring, productivity improvement, and performance culture
• Build and develop senior leadership and management teams
• Ensure financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
• Strengthen customer relationships and expand market presence
• Lead investment planning and business continuity strategies
