Job Context

• This role is a mid-level service operations and coordination position focused on managing after-sales service activities, technician scheduling, customer complaint handling, and service documentation. The Service Coordinator ensures smooth coordination between customers, field technicians, and franchise/service partners to deliver timely and quality service support for consumer electronics products.

Job Responsibilities

• Assign and monitor tasks for technician teams and third-party service providers
• Create job orders based on customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Track service requests and ensure proper closure after completion
• Maintain accurate service documentation and records
• Supervise billing and claims submitted by franchise/third-party agents
• Cross-check service reports with customer feedback for accuracy
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports
• Ensure compliance with company service policies and procedures
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure fast customer service delivery
• Monitor service quality and improve operational efficiency
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure proper complaint resolution
• Support order processing and service workflow management
