Job Context

• The role involves converting interior design concepts into realistic 3D visualizations and precise technical drawings. The candidate will work closely with architects, designers, and site engineers to ensure design accuracy, visual quality, and implementation feasibility.

Job Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D renders of interior spaces using industry-standard tools
• Develop technical drawings and floor plans using AutoCAD
• Produce visual presentations for client meetings and sales proposals
• Revise design outputs based on feedback from architects and designers
• Coordinate with site engineers and architects for design accuracy
• Ensure correct detailing of materials, lighting, and spatial proportions
• Support project execution through visualization and documentation
• Maintain design consistency across multiple projects
• Prepare portfolio-ready presentation materials
