Job Context

• This is a senior creative leadership role in a reputed multinational company based in Dhaka, focused on leading visual storytelling, brand communication, and integrated campaign development across digital, print, and motion platforms.
• The position requires strong creative direction ability, high-level design expertise, and experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead overall visual direction for campaigns and brand storytelling
• Develop creative concepts, visual systems, and campaign ideas
• Direct photo shoots, video productions, and motion design projects
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and production teams
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms
• Mentor and guide junior designers and creative team members
• Review and approve design outputs across multiple formats
• Create mood boards, style frames, and visual guidelines
• Present creative ideas to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Manage end-to-end creative execution from concept to final delivery
• Ensure all outputs meet brand standards, timelines, and quality expectations
