Job Description
  • This position is responsible for managing the overall operations of restaurant branches, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth floor management, staff supervision, inventory monitoring, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, decision-making ability, and restaurant management experience to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction across branch operations.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth restaurant management
  • Supervise floor activities and maintain service quality standards
  • Manage waiters and other operational staff effectively
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
  • Build strong relationships with customers and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Monitor product quality and resolve operational issues promptly
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations
  • Handle large orders, catering services, and special customer requirements
  • Maintain inventory records and monitor stock management processes
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
  • Monitor staff performance and maintain workplace discipline
  • Support branch sales growth through effective service management
  • Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management
