Job Context

• This position is responsible for providing professional guidance and counselling to students who are interested in studying abroad. The role involves supporting students throughout the admission, application, and visa process, maintaining communication with international institutions, and ensuring smooth enrolment procedures. The counsellor must be highly communicative, trustworthy, and capable of handling student inquiries with professionalism and care.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide detailed counselling to students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities
• Guide students through admission, application, and enrolment procedures
• Assist students in selecting suitable countries, universities, and courses
• Maintain regular communication with students and guardians
• Support documentation and student file processing for applications
• Stay updated with international education policies, rules, and visa regulations
• Coordinate with foreign institutions and partners
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events
• Prepare reports on student counselling progress and application status
• Ensure timely follow-up with students for smooth admission processing
• Provide career counselling based on student skills and goals
• Maintain professionalism, patience, and ethical communication
