Job Description
  • This position is responsible for providing expert guidance to students seeking international education opportunities. The role focuses on end-to-end student counselling, including university selection, admission processing, visa documentation, and conversion of leads into successful enrollments. The counsellor must have strong knowledge of visa procedures, documentation requirements, and international student admission systems.
    • Requirements

    Education

    • HSC, Diploma (Vocational), Bachelor degree in any discipline

    Additional Requirements

    • Age Minimum 25 years
    Responsibilities & Context
  • Provide accurate counselling on country selection, universities, and course options
  • Guide students through online university application submission process
  • Assist in preparing SOP, CV, LOR, academic certificates, and other required documents
  • Convert leads into enrolled students through effective counselling and communication
  • Handle inquiries via phone calls, social media, and online platforms
  • Provide strong support in student visa processing and embassy requirements
  • Guide students on biometrics, VFS Global appointments, and medical procedures
  • Coordinate with overseas universities and admission partners
  • Explain financial requirements including bank statements, sponsor documents, and tuition fees
  • Track application progress and maintain follow-up until visa success
  • Ensure proper documentation and accurate file preparation
  • Maintain student records and CRM/Excel databases
  • Support marketing and admission campaigns when required
