Job Context

Job Responsibilities

• Be able to guide and implement the set up of the new factory.
• Coordination of production process and start operation.
• Advise and guide the company about latest machineries and equipments to set up the production plant.
• Overseeing the development of the factory premise as per the international standard.
• Start and build a factory operation team to ensure smooth production operation.
• Coordination with the HQ to understand and plan production as per requirement of the company.

• Master of Business Management (MBM) in Managment
• Skills Required: Computer Basic, Ability to Work as a team, Ability to communicate effectively, Good Communication Skill Bangla, Decision Making, English Speaking
