Job Description
  • This position is responsible for managing airline ticket reservations, re-issuance, refunds, cancellations, and customer support within a travel agency environment. The role requires strong knowledge of GDS systems (such as Sabre, Amadeus), OTA platforms, and flight reservation processes. The candidate must ensure smooth booking operations, accurate information delivery, and professional communication with clients and airlines while supporting marketing and sales activities.
