Responsibilities & Context

Manage legal and administrative operations of the law firm

Handle loan-related legal documentation, including CL, CIB, and recovery files

Oversee banking and financial compliance matters under Bangladesh Bank circulars

Coordinate with legal teams regarding loan-advance (investment) and foreign exchange cases

Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of all legal and financial files

Assist in legal coordination for litigation and recovery processes

Review and monitor loan classification and related legal risks

Communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders (banks, regulators)

Support legal case preparation related to financial disputes

Ensure compliance with Bank Company Law and regulatory guidelines

Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management
