Job Description
  • This is a development sector communication and knowledge management role focused on managing communication strategy, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and learning systems for a large international development program (GO4IMPact Programme). The role ensures effective visibility, knowledge sharing, and reporting across project stakeholders, donors, and communities.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Develop and implement project communication strategy, plans, and guidelines
  • Design communication tools for effective stakeholder engagement and program visibility
  • Ensure compliance with branding, communication, safeguarding, and donor guidelines
  • Manage knowledge sharing, learning documentation, and dissemination of best practices
  • Track media coverage and build relationships with national and international media
  • Develop and execute social media strategy in coordination with partners
  • Organize seminars, workshops, and knowledge-sharing events
  • Prepare progress reports, technical reports, quarterly and annual reports
  • Conduct surveys, studies, and support data collection for program learning
  • Develop case studies, success stories, and communication materials
  • Maintain and improve knowledge management systems and databases
  • Support integration of knowledge management across program activities
  • Contribute to internal learning, innovation, and strategic communication planning
  • Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and field teams for information flow
  • Support field visits and ensure documentation from field-level activities
