Job Description
  • This is a senior-level trading and indenting management role in an import–export and sourcing-driven business environment. The AGM/Manager – Trading & Indenting will be responsible for managing international and local trading operations, sourcing raw materials, handling supplier–buyer coordination, and ensuring smooth import/export execution. The role focuses on business development, supply chain coordination, pricing strategy, and maintaining strong global trade relationships.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Manage end-to-end trading and indenting operations for local and international markets
  • Identify and develop new suppliers, manufacturers, and buyers globally
  • Handle import/export documentation, contracts, and shipment coordination
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers and clients
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents
  • Ensure timely execution of international purchase and sales orders
  • Monitor global market trends for pricing and sourcing opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas suppliers and buyers
  • Manage LC (Letter of Credit), contract execution, and financial settlement processes
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and policies
  • Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment
  • Analyze profitability, cost structures, and trading margins
  • Prepare trading reports, market analysis, and performance summaries
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of imported/exported goods
  • Develop sourcing strategies for pharmaceuticals, textile raw materials, and related sectors
  • Support business expansion through new market and product development
  • Maintain accurate documentation for audit and compliance purposes
  • Work closely with finance and operations teams for smooth trade execution
