Job Description
  • This is an entry-level warehouse and inventory internship role within an e-commerce logistics environment. The Inventory Staff (Intern) will support daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, stock verification, and inventory maintenance. The role focuses on ensuring accurate stock handling, proper storage, and smooth order fulfillment in a high-volume e-commerce warehouse.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Assist in picking and packing customer orders accurately
  • Ensure product display items are clean and properly arranged
  • Check product expiry dates regularly and report issues
  • Identify and report damaged or defective products
  • Support regular stock counting and inventory reconciliation
  • Assist in loading and unloading of goods
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and dust-free environment
  • Ensure proper utilization of warehouse space
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing incoming products
  • Follow warehouse safety and operational procedures
  • Support daily order fulfillment and dispatch activities
  • Maintain discipline in inventory handling and storage process
  • Coordinate with warehouse supervisors for operational support
  • Ensure proper handling of goods to avoid damage or loss
