Job Description
  • This position is a senior hospital management role responsible for overseeing overall hospital operations, ensuring service quality, and maintaining smooth coordination between clinical, administrative, and support departments. The Deputy General Manager will play a key leadership role in managing daily operations, improving healthcare service delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic development of the hospital.

  • Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth service delivery
  • Implement operational strategies to meet performance targets and healthcare quality standards
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure continuous improvement in hospital services
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams including medical, nursing, and administrative staff
  • Ensure effective coordination between departments for uninterrupted patient care
  • Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control activities
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization
  • Support service development initiatives to improve patient care quality
  • Handle stakeholder communication including doctors, nurses, and external partners
  • Resolve operational issues, complaints, and emergency situations efficiently
  • Participate in recruitment, staff development, and training programs
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and internal policies
  • Maintain governance standards and support audit and reporting requirements
