Job Description
  • This position is a mid-level human resource and administrative management role within a manufacturing and trading organization. The Assistant Manager – HR & Admin will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, HR policy implementation, employee lifecycle management, HRMS operations, training and development coordination, and administrative support. The role focuses on building a disciplined corporate culture, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting organizational efficiency through structured HR systems.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Develop and implement KPI frameworks aligned with business and departmental goals
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and build talent pipelines within manpower budgets
  • Lead HRMS implementation, migration, and system optimization initiatives
  • Supervise daily HRMS operations and maintain accurate employee records (digital & physical)
  • Develop, standardize, and update HR policies and SOPs across departments
  • Ensure effective communication and implementation of HR policies across organization
  • Promote and maintain disciplined corporate culture and organizational values
  • Conduct Training Need Assessments (TNA) and prepare annual training plans
  • Monitor leadership development and employee capability-building programs
  • Manage protocol arrangements for foreign delegates and senior visitors
  • Coordinate corporate events, travel arrangements, and administrative support activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Support performance management systems and employee evaluation processes
  • Maintain strong coordination with management and department heads
  • Handle administrative operations including office management and internal coordination
