Job Description
  • This position is a mid-level human resource and administrative management role within a healthcare organization. The Assistant Manager – HR & Admin will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for hospital staff, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance management, and administrative support. The role ensures smooth HR functioning across doctors, nurses, and support staff while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational efficiency in a 24/7 healthcare environment.

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in in Human Resource Management

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee HR-related queries and support
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover trends
  • Assist in payroll processing including overtime, night duty, leave, and attendance adjustments
  • Support salary benchmarking and job evaluation activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations
  • Maintain updated employee records in the Hospital Information System (HIS)
  • Prepare monthly HR reports including headcount, attendance, turnover, and recruitment status
  • Support employee engagement and internal communication activities
  • Coordinate HR policy implementation across departments
  • Assist in disciplinary procedures and employee relations management
  • Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory inspections
  • Perform additional administrative tasks assigned by management
