Job Description
  • This is a senior HR and administration management role in a garment manufacturing environment. The Manager – HR & Admin will be responsible for leading all human resource functions along with administrative operations, ensuring compliance, workforce management, and smooth factory support operations. The role focuses on building HR systems, improving employee engagement, maintaining discipline, and supporting production efficiency through effective people management.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems and employee development programs
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and factory regulations
  • Design and execute training and skill development programs for workforce improvement
  • Monitor HR metrics, prepare reports, and support management decision-making
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture development
  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and HR documentation systems
  • Manage administrative operations including office management, facilities, transport, and security
  • Supervise procurement, vendor management, and service contracts
  • Ensure smooth factory administration and operational support systems
  • Implement cost control and efficiency improvement in admin operations
  • Coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities
  • Support corporate events, meetings, and management coordination tasks
