Job Description
  • Maa Pharmacy And Medicine Super Shop is hiring Pharmacy Data Operators for its retail healthcare operations. The role requires candidates with strong computer skills and experience in data entry, inventory handling, and POS system operations. This is a full-time office/store-based position where the selected candidates will support stock management, transaction processing, and daily pharmacy operations.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of products, including uses, dosage, and basic information
  • Enter and update inventory data including stock entry, item codes, and price updates
  • Monitor stock levels and report low inventory items
  • Assist in physical stock counting and reconciliation with system records
  • Operate and manage POS systems for billing, orders, and transactions
  • Handle customer orders, payments, refunds, and billing entries
  • Troubleshoot basic POS or system errors during store operations
  • Maintain proper functioning of hardware devices such as scanners and printers
  • Ensure data security and backup of inventory and customer records
  • Coordinate with store staff and IT/administration teams when required
