  • Nexbit LTD is hiring Customer Support Executives for its night shift operations in Dhaka.     Responsibilities & Context
  • Provide customer support to international clients during night shift
  • Handle and manage customer data with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Enter, verify, and update data in relevant systems and databases
  • Assist in resolving customer queries and issues professionally
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Ensure data quality by identifying and correcting discrepancies
  • Follow company procedures for secure handling of sensitive information
  • Work independently with minimal supervision during shift hours
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required for issue resolution
