Job Description
  • Career Overseas Consultants Ltd. is recruiting Waiters and Service Crew members for Americana Restaurants in Saudi Arabia. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, handling food and beverage orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience in internationally recognized restaurant brands such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Hardee’s, and Krispy Kreme. This is a full-time overseas opportunity for energetic and customer-focused individuals.

  • Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Take customer orders accurately and process them efficiently
  • Serve food and beverages according to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues politely
  • Support cash handling and billing procedures when required
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and customer service guidelines
  • Coordinate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain high service standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and overall restaurant performance
