    Responsibilities & Context
  • Receive and respond to incoming phone calls from patients professionally
  • Provide patients with accurate information about services, schedules, and appointments
  • Counsel and assist patients with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Maintain patient appointment schedules and serial management efficiently
  • Support doctors and healthcare staff with administrative tasks as required
  • Monitor and manage daily chamber and reception activities
  • Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Maintain patient records and communication details accurately
  • Deliver excellent customer service and patient care support
  • Assist in creating a welcoming and organized healthcare environment
