Job Description
  • Shayan Hotel and Resort is looking for a customer-oriented and sales-driven Telesales Executive to support guest services and resort sales activities. The role combines front desk operations with telesales responsibilities, including handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, promoting resort packages, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills, sales aptitude, and a passion for hospitality and customer service.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Welcome and assist guests professionally from inquiry to departure.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs using the resort management system.
  • Manage reservations, room allocations, and booking requests.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and front desk documentation.
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote resort packages, special offers, and group bookings.
  • Handle inbound calls regarding reservations, pricing, and resort services.
  • Follow up with potential and previous guests to increase bookings and customer retention.
  • Maintain customer and sales records within CRM systems.
  • Achieve monthly telesales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
